woven strapping

PES textile strapping in woven polyester fibers

Woven strapping Pes

woven strapping, by petband®, is distinguished by a very high tensile strength, high elasticity and a top-of-the-range breaking load of  manual strapping systems. The consistency of the polyester woven strapping is soft and flexible, thanks to glue or polymeric aggregates absence, further ensuring the edges of the bound goods. The polyester fibers  it is made up by, are held together thanks to their sturdy braided conformation, which drastically reduces the risk of breakage due to sharp edges and edges. Designed for fastening irregularly shaped goods with sharp edges or sharp edges, it is ideal for particularly large and heavy machine tools anchoring.

General features: woven strapping manufactured of interwoven polyester threads. It represents the main alternative to the steel strap, compared to which it has a weight lower than 75%, and a greater capacity to absorb shocks.

  •     Linear breaking load up to 1400 daN
  •     does not rust or deteriorate
  •     no risk of injury thanks to its lightness and easyness to handle
  •     re-tensionable
  •     does not scratch or damage surfaces
  •     approved by all European rail Companies.
